Who is Drive Industries?

We are the designers of all the products you see on this site (and on the destination links). Drive Industries Design Group is a studio of artists, photographers, apparel and textile designers. For many years, we have worked for and in the action sports and home furnishing industries, for some of the largest and most famous surfwear, decorative pillow and home furnishing brands. We all have special connections to the islands of Hawaii, while most of us are based in Southern California.

Who manufactures the products in your store?

Our products are fulfilled by Zazzle (www.zazzle.com), Red Bubble (www.redbubble.com), Society 6 (www.society6.com) and Spoonflower (www.spoonflower.com). When you click on a product within our website, you will be taken to our online stores on Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, or Spoonflower, depending on the product you select.

Who are Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, and Spoonflower?

They are print-on-demand companies that allow designers like us to offer a vast assortment of products in a variety of styles and colors. Our products are produced only when you order them. Our on-demand manufacturing process allows us to constantly update our products, assuring the best styles and newest models are available for you.

Do they make the products?

There are various manufacturers used by Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, and Spoonflower for the products we offer. All the products are printed in the US. Some are manufactured in the US, while others utilize a mix of US and Asian made components.

Who do we pay?

When you order a product through our website, the order is taken from either Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, or Spoonflower. They will have the product printed, manage the financials and then ship the product to you. Once you have selected your product, you will know if the order will be processed through Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, or Spoonflower..

What payment methods are accepted?

Zazzle accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Red Bubble accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal as well as Pay with Amazon. Society 6 and Spoonflower accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Is it secure?

Zazzle, Red Bubble, Society 6, and Spoonflower. utilize highly secure check-out protection methodologies.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I am not happy with my products from Zazzle?

If you are not satisfied with the final product for any reason, you may return your purchase to Zazzle for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. Zazzle will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Zazzle representative to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to make a return, contact the Zazzle Return Department.

What if I am not happy with my products from Red Bubble?

Like Zazzle, Red Bubble also offers a Money Back Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your Red Bubble order, get in touch with the fine folks at Red Bubble's Returns and Exchanges Department. They’ll either offer a replacement, provide you with a store credit or give you your money back.

What if I am not happy with my products from Society 6?

Society 6 offers a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction.

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, contact Society 6, and click on the link on the customer service contact page to attach a picture of the item and any additional description for their review. The Society 6 customer service team will process a replacement right away. If you discover a duplicate charge on your credit card, contact Society 6 with your order number(s), along with your first and last name, and they will fix your transaction immediately.

What if I am not happy with my products from Spoonflower?

Spoonflower is dedicated to making your dreams a reality. So the good folks offer their Happiness Guarantee. If you think that your order has a flaw or it is not what you expected, Spoonflower is dedicated to making it right. Start by contacting Spoonflower Customer Service within 60 days of receiving your order to let them know your situation, and your order will either be reprinted or reimbursed — just like that!

Here are some important tips:

  • Contact them to start a return or reimbursement request before mailing them your package. Please include all relevant information along with order number if applicable.

  • If there is a problem with the fabric or paper, please email a photo of the issue along with your request to help@spoonflower.com for quicker processing.

  • They do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from them with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you.

  • Please note that Spoonflower.com cannot accommodate reprint or refund requests for orders placed on Etsy, Amazon or eBay; or on their sister site Roostery.com. You must follow the procedures of the site where you purchased the goods so that your reprint or return can be processed accurately.

  • You have 60 days to let them know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.

Fun fact: Since they cannot restock or resell any fabric or paper that is returned to them, they donate returns to programs like the RARE Bear sew-in or local nonprofits like The Scrap Exchange. Fabric that doesn’t meet their standards never makes it to the landfill, as it is shredded for industrial applications such as car upholstery and furniture stuffing.
